Although the main guidelines for making a functional personal strategy are, more or less, specific, the manner in which we perceive and apply them in our daily life reflects not only the individual differences, but the gender ones too.
We can, indeed, observe variations in the manner a person acts and reacts in a similar situation depending on the gender. However, the way we respond to a challenge and we cope with an actual problem may also vary from one person to another, regardless of the gender or sexual orientation. Therefore, we must always be very cautious neither to overlook the gender factor, nor to easily attribute every difference on the ground of relating to a man or a woman. An effective strategic approach must thoroughly take into consideration the specifics of each individual case.
