In every form of relationship, be it among family members, in a loving affair, between friends, in the working context or in any type of daily interaction, rarely or in a more frequent basis, tension, signs of friction, or even open conflict is bound to emerge. Whether the pressure ensues from a temporary or a continuous conflictual situation it is of vital significance to acknowledge and accept that running away from the challenge won’t help resolving it. Neither confronting it bluntly shall. Instead, we can deal with it in a manner that both efficiently addresses the challenge and maintaining our status and self-respect.
